What counts as a response?
A response is counted when someone completes your assessment. Partial or abandoned attempts do not count towards your limit.
Do respondents need to create an account?
No. Respondents simply click a link and start the assessment. No signup, no friction.
What AI model do you use?
We use Claude by Anthropic - one of the most advanced AI models available. Every report is generated fresh from the respondent's specific answers.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each organisation's data is completely isolated with row-level security. We never use your data to train AI models.
