What we will not do

No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or SSO claims - we hold none of them and will tell you so on the first call rather than the fifth. If a certification is a hard requirement, we will say that early.

What we will send

A published DPA, the subprocessor list with regions, and direct answers to a security questionnaire. Nothing gated behind a sales stage.

Residency, up front

EU (Dublin) is the primary region, with an Australian (Sydney) environment available. Tell us your obligation and we will tell you whether we meet it.

How it connects

REST API v1 with webhooks. There is no LTI or LMS-standard integration, so if that is the requirement, it is worth knowing before a call rather than after.
