What question types are available?

Scorafy supports 17 question types: scale, multiple choice, open text, yes/no, matrix, multi-select, matching, ranking, slider, NPS, date, dropdown, rating grid, constant sum, file upload, image choice, and signature. All question types work with AI analysis out of the box.

How do respondents access my assessment?

Can I edit an assessment after publishing it?

Yes. You can update questions, scoring, and branding at any time. Changes apply to new responses only - existing responses and reports are not affected.

Absolutely. Each assessment has a "Methodology" field where you can describe your coaching framework, scoring approach, or domain context. The AI uses this to generate more relevant, personalised reports.

The AI immediately analyses their responses and generates a unique coaching report. You receive an email notification, and the report appears in your dashboard within seconds.

What is conditional question branching?

Conditional branching lets you show or hide questions based on how someone answered a previous question. For example, you could ask "Are you a people manager?" and only show leadership-specific questions if they answer yes. It supports seven condition types including equals, not equals, contains, greater than, less than, and whether a question was answered at all.

Can I duplicate an existing assessment?

Yes. Click the duplicate button on any assessment to create an exact copy with all questions, answer options, scoring weights, and settings carried over. This is useful for running the same assessment across different cohorts or creating variations of an existing template.

Can I schedule when an assessment opens and closes?

Yes. On the Starter plan and above, you can set an opening date and closing date for any assessment. Before the opening date, respondents see a countdown. After the closing date, they see a message that the assessment is no longer accepting responses.

When a respondent completes your assessment, the AI reads every answer, identifies patterns across categories, and generates a unique coaching report with strengths, development areas, and actionable recommendations - all tailored to that individual.

Scorafy uses Claude by Anthropic - one of the most advanced AI models available. Every report is generated fresh from the respondent's specific answers. We never use your data to train AI models.

Yes. On the Growth plan and above, you can create scoring categories, assign questions to categories, and set custom weights. The AI factors these into its analysis.

Scorafy offers four tiers: Free (1 assessment, 10 responses/month), Starter ($39/month - 3 assessments, 100 responses), Growth ($99/month - 10 assessments, 1,000 responses), and Pro ($199/month - unlimited). All plans include AI analysis. Annual billing saves 25%.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan features until then.

What happens if I exceed my response limit?

Your assessments stay live, but new responses are queued until your limit resets at the start of your next billing period. You can upgrade anytime to increase your limit immediately.

Do you offer refunds?

Fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Contact us if you have specific circumstances - we review requests case by case.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All prices are in AUD. Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Can I add team members to my account?

Yes. The Growth plan supports 3 team members and the Pro plan supports 10. You can invite members from Settings and assign roles - admin, member, or viewer - to control what each person can access and edit.

What team roles are available?

There are four roles: Owner (full access including billing and account deletion), Admin (can manage team, assessments, and settings), Member (can create and edit assessments), and Viewer (read-only access to reports and responses). Owners and admins can change roles from the Team settings page.

How do webhooks work?

Webhooks send an HTTP POST request to a URL you specify whenever an event happens - for example, when a response is completed. Each request includes an HMAC-SHA256 signature so you can verify it came from Scorafy. You can manage webhooks from Settings. Available on the Pro plan.

How do API keys work?

You can generate API keys from Settings to access your Scorafy data programmatically. Keys are shown once on creation and stored as hashed values for security. You can revoke keys at any time. Available on the Pro plan.

Is there a dark mode?

Yes. Click the theme toggle in the sidebar to switch between light and dark mode. It follows your system preference by default and remembers your choice across sessions.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings and select "Delete account". This will cancel any active subscription and permanently delete all your data, assessments, and reports. This action cannot be undone.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each organisation's data is completely isolated. We use Supabase for database hosting with row-level security. We never use your data to train AI models.

Can I use a custom domain for my assessments?

Custom domains are on the roadmap for the Pro plan. Currently all assessments are hosted on scorafy.com with your custom branding applied (Growth plan and above).
